Making the decision to take charge of your mental health is one of the most important steps you can take. I look forward to helping you navigate your options. My goal is to help you find wellness in all areas of your life.

While prescription medication may be part of the equation to improving your mental health, it is never the only tool. We will work together to determine the best course of treatment while exploring a variety of modifications to lifestyle and environmental factors. I believe in the power of therapy, humor, play, sleep, exercise, and positive human interactions in helping to heal the mind and body.
